Well, up until my last hair cut, I would have said they have good hair dresser's. I had a girl that was 19 years old wash, cut and style my hair. It was a brutal process, one where I wished I was in labor instead. She pulled out at least 40% of my hair. I came home in tears. Tears, b/c I am having problems with my hair thinning and this was just the opposite of what I needed. I am not sure if I will get all this hair back. She brushed it when it had conditioner on it, and pulled out 100's of hairs. That's when I should have run. Never in my experience have I had someone brush it in the sink over and over. It's going to tangle again when she rinses it!! Then, I went back to her chair and she kept brushing it again and again, meanwhile seeing my thinning hair get thinner!! I was to shy to say, "I have to go!" All I can say, is a good hairdresser won't spend 45 minutes brushing your hair and tugging on it. I have never had this kind of experience with my hair. Ask for a mature, EXPERIENCED stylist. I don't know what her name was I just remember she was 19 and it started with a M. It just makes me wonder why BASS would hire a 19 yr. old stylist. She needs to be at Beauty School, or Great Clips. Overall, go somewhere else!

I have followed Stephanie everywhere ... Salon is nice, clean and prices are reasonable. Would highly recommend! Steph books up FAST so make your appointment at least a week in advance.
